Pros

Cutting edge software, great people to work with, and focused on the right things - making their people happy, who in turn will make customers happy. Many opportunities for growth, especially with multiple divisions in the company to work for.

Cons

With two major work groups on different continents, it can be difficult to create a shared culture beyond the basic principles, but you can tell that this is something that is being worked on.

Culture is getting better and employees are getting praised for there efforts.

Pros

The company got some wrinkles straightened out in regards to work culture. It used to be where it seemed like upper management expected you to be a robot and just work consistently whether you were happy or not, but for the past few months I've seen management take huge strides in taking better care of there employees with recognition and incentives while showing the employee that you do actually matter. The culture is heading in the right direction. Cereal bar and snack are always accessible, ping pong etc... Incentives include paid vacation trips, concert tickets, and etc.... Despite how the company has gone through several transitions over the years, the one thing that has always been consistent is your co-workers have always been fun to be around and they care about the customer. In sales, everyone is there to lift you up. The thing I'am very appreciative about the management lately in the sales department is that they dont make it out to be a highly stressed culture unlike other sales floor out there. Its a company that is finally growing in the right direction and starting to have growth opportunities available.

Cons

Your dealing with an older demographic so the conversations you have sometimes are very hard because it requires you to talk down to your clients level which can be hard sometimes cause they dont have a clue on how technology works and they have lots of misconceptions about things as well. Its a growing company so with that sometimes could come with change which is always hard at times for people depending on how you look at it.

Monotonous tasks can get to you. I feel like you can get stuck in a rut.
