Pros

The People - the people who work here are awesome. It's a great environment where coworkers genuinely care about each other. Potential for Growth - we're still a relatively small company, but we're growing. There aren't obvious career paths yet, however I have seen employees encouraged and rewarded as they've expressed interests in growth within the company--even if that means changing departments.

Cons

Nanoheal acquired another company last year and has been experiencing the difficulties of merging two cultures and business models. Overall the acquisition/merger has been going well, but there have been bumps along the way. For people who haven't experienced this kind of thing before, it can be unnerving.

We're especially excited to hear that you are enjoying the work environment, because company culture is a top priority for our company. We definitely do our best to reward and promote great employees, and make it a point to hire internally when possible. Mergers can be difficult, but we're happy with the cohesiveness that we're seeing between departments and teams. I really appreciate the feedback on having clearer channels of communication. Currently our efforts to improve communication include, our internal social network, monthly newsletters, as well as a general chat channel, but we can always do more to keep our employees in the loop. Again we appreciate your feedback and hope you continue to enjoy being a part of our team.

Not what I had initially expected

Pros

Huge hourly base with an even bigger commissions structure. $13/hour + crazy bonuses & commissions. My first check is grossing over $3k. It's going to be even brighter and better cause I was working tech sales for another similar company but not as many perks, not as technically saavy and versatile, and the PRODUCTS and SERVICES this company offers is HUGE for the cost! I'M SO HAPPY lol I came to this company at the RIGHT time! The managers, the staff, the floor, the location, the benefits, the PAY is PERFECT for me.

Cons

The lunch room can use some cleaning, sprucing up and well... they just moved into the new building so can't give them that much flack. I don't have much of any con's, just keep up the great pay structure and awesome management team.
