Thank you for your review. We're glad to see that you're enjoying working with us. We're especially excited to hear that you are enjoying the work environment, because company culture is a top priority for our company. We definitely do our best to reward and promote great employees, and make it a point to hire internally when possible. Mergers can be difficult, but we're happy with the cohesiveness that we're seeing between departments and teams. I really appreciate the feedback on having clearer channels of communication. Currently our efforts to improve communication include, our internal social network, monthly newsletters, as well as a general chat channel, but we can always do more to keep our employees in the loop.
