Pros

The company has done well to work with people who have little to now sales experience. When I started here I had no sales experience. The management staff does give you a clear expectation on the salary and what you would be expected to make. They do try and keep you filled in on the company future. The nice thing about the leads is you don't have to cold call at all or find your own leads. The leads are warm leads. We deal with the older generation in tech support, so many don't know that they have contacted us. The pay is base + commission so you don't feel overly stressed if you don't sell. Plus they work with you and give you several chances if you can't sell.

Cons

The company has gone through several growing pains in the past. They are headed toward the right direction. The company is great to work for but I would of gave a 5 star for two reasons: 1. Pay is better than the industry average for the tech support industry. One thing that would influence people to stay longer is to have yearly raises. A manager told me once before that if you want to make more you need to sell more. That would help award tenure and bot moral. 2. The benefit package is good for a company of this size. I understand that the company is not a multi-billion dollar company, but the benefit package could be more attractive and better.
