Worst company to work with - Junior Software Engineer Nanoheal Employee Review

So here is the honest review- I got campus placed in Nanoheal and trust me that day was the worst day of my life. It was my first job and I was hired for Java development but these people do not have projects also they kept on moving me from development to testing and at times to the configuration team. I used to work OT and was paid nothing for the same rather if I ever get late for work by 10 minutes, my TL used to come after mez Lot of Office politics and negativity because of 2-3 people who are at higher management. Every single fresher who joined with me left the organisation. And I was fired in 6 months even being a star performer because of cheap office politics. I was assigned a mentor who was good for nothing. Even after I left they demotivated me so much for my career but I am happy as I am doing well which I could not make it in Nanoheal. I wish I could rate this company in -ve.
