Pros

1) No documentation, No KT culture , you get to go through logs and code and only understand. 2) Ability to hire for y role and give x task . 3) Freedom to write code in anyway, because delivery is important, not code quality.

Cons

1) Micro-management real here 2) Unrealistic ETA, blame game follows later on 3) Job security. 4) Engineering teams led by non-engineering folks like APM's and PMs
