Working for a big brand looks ok on the cv although everyone knows by now that they are churning our mediocrity

Cons

Sexist lad culture Nightmare interview process with the most self important madam ever to walk the earth that was more interested in her engagement/ wedding than candidates The assessment day was a generic balloon debate in which it was easy to win over the room and showed nothing of my recruiting abilities Followed by a presentation 4 stages later where the management pretended to be bored, yawn and one even pretended to check his phone even though I had seen it run out of batter as I walked in
