Pros

No ceiling on commissions, flexible schedule, dogs in the office, strong commission structure, 401K match @ 25% for employees and contractors, great networking opportunity

Cons

Recruiters are overworked and only rewarded if you have a high GP, there is no training, they don't honor their commitments, there is a high turnover and they promote the wrong people, you aren't able to work on what you want to work on, eliminating the creative aspect of the job.

Pros

Dogs? And paper towels and snacks for half the month ... that's about it though. It's close to good food? Honestly I'm just filling space now because there was a minimum amount I had to write ...

Cons

Leaderless leaders, very insecure and non-confident management, no training, high turnover. Management will slander employees due to their immaturity and inability to handle feedback. They promote from within always. Weird thing too, they happen to always choose the ones who have horrible people management skills to go into leadership roles. Weird!!!

Pros

Paycheck made it to the bank every 2 weeks

Cons

Poor communications with account manager, health benefits cost is the WORST! I thought the company moving to a larger Harvey Nash would lower cost,, but the costs even went higher. NO Sick days, NO vacation days, NO comp time.. NO Holiday pay. IF benefits IS important to you.. seek other employment.
