Don’t take a gig with them if you have bills to pay. They lied about having worked with a certain company before, and said they had previous temps that were satisfied and happy with this company—they lied because they never had a temp work there before. The experience was therefore terrible. They are LIARS!

Pros

They offer a flex schedule and work from home opportunities for top performers. The 401k offering is the best I've seen at an agency, as is the commission structure. You get great PTO as you increase your tenure with the company. (Up to 5 weeks) There are dogs in the office and they have a big book of business.

Cons

You have to work hard to be successful in this industry. If you want a relaxed, easy going job, agency is not going to be for you, however that is true of any agency.
