- You always know where you stand in the company (Green, Yellow, Red, Blue rankings) and you will work on a plan to make sure you are profitable. Furthermore, people here don't just get "fired" and this is NOT a chopping block organization. They want you to be successful.
- Team is health conscious so the office isn't filled with fatty foods.
- Manager has positive outlook which helps motivate team. She also gets down in the trenches with the office which makes everything feel more like a team effort.
Cons
- No work from home option (Unless the weather is below Zero degrees. Sometimes when it's cold, they even comp uber to make sure we got to work safe! Very nice!)
