Good Colleges Great Benefits Time off Bonus hand to hand training

Cons

You will sell your soul in this position. You will take calls back to back non-stop. What cracks me up is that every month they do a manager meeting asking us what can be changed to better the culture in the company and one thing that everyone mentions is the constant back-to-back with no mental break. When you file a tragic claim, you would think that you can take a moment to settle in but no, take the next call like nothing happened.

Remote work options, decent health options for eyes and dental, 401k match, basic communication

Cons

will micro manage you in certain roles, health insurance isnt great, will look at short term trends in performance over the long term.
