Pros
Most of the associates at the NEX make the experience working there worth while because they are joy to work with and make the really bad days just a little bit more bearable when the customers are being very difficult.
Cons
The pay isn't much and the upper management runs all of the good or great associates away due to lack of respect, this is why the turn over is so high.
