Pros

-Very flexibles work environment. -Everyone respects you. -You develop great communications skills and enhance your vocabulary proficiency writing reports etc.. -For the most part, colleagues were great people to work with, helped you a lot as you start out. Location: 32nd Street NAVY Exchange

Cons

-Colleagues could be too competitive to the point it gets annoying. (It not a sales job) -There's ghost quotas that are not mentioned BUT it is expected of you to meet. -If you mess up you will be an ear full. -Not a lot of leniency for newbies. -Pay could be better for the amount you do. -Have to have great typing and English proficiency. Location: 32nd Street NAVY Exchange

Pros

Buying at the NEX (Tax free items, Scratch Cards. Clearance, Gas) & Base Access (Gym, Commissary, Amenities)

Cons

immediate supervisors were ignorant in how to manage multiple tasks and people despite working over a decade at establishment. Completely ruined working environment for sales associates if they did not like you.
