Pros
If you are a night owl it is perfect and also if you have school age children you can do this while they are sleep. Job is not difficult. Involves putting away inventory and stocking. Every 6 months depending on your performance you will get an increase and level from an NF-2 to NF-3 pay.
Cons
Pay is alright. They tend to go by your knowledge of the job but, they also determine your knowledge. If you have done specific tasks on the job I feel as though your pay should go up but, it is set until 6 months on the job then you receive an increase.
