      Working in retail that supports the military; federally employed with good benefits, a 401K and transportation allowance.

      Cons

      Retail hours are long. management seem to change periodically. Tendency to hire unproven workforce, based on referrals and not so much on credentials.

      Buying at the NEX (Tax free items, Scratch Cards. Clearance, Gas) & Base Access (Gym, Commissary, Amenities)

      Cons

      immediate supervisors were ignorant in how to manage multiple tasks and people despite working over a decade at establishment. Completely ruined working environment for sales associates if they did not like you.
