The people or the Human Resource is the main attraction to this company. You are surrounded by people who are committed to the customer and their needs.
Cons
Old way of doing things at the top, is not necessarily the best way...they have failed to evolve in their business strategies, the way they promote or delegate high responsibility positions is based on time with the company, not the best fit for the company. Bunch of dinosaur's at the top making big bucks that effect the company negatively.
