Pros
SOME of your co-workers will get along with you. You get to shop there, that's pretty much it.
Cons
The work you do there is not worth the pay! It's retail, what do you expect? Clothes, dozens of customers, markdowns, floor changes, go-backs, and floor maintenance is all over the place. Majority of employees are women, so there is ALOT of "she did this" and "she did that." DRAMA CENTRAL! Managers are too big headed about themselves too.
