      Pros

      Good Benefits, get to use most of the Facilities on base, Good people to work with.Good for gaining experience, they do have tuition assistance and you can transfer anywhere there is an Exchange.

      Cons

      Pay is So So. They do micro-manage. Constant training interferes with daily operations.

      Buying at the NEX (Tax free items, Scratch Cards. Clearance, Gas) & Base Access (Gym, Commissary, Amenities)

      Cons

      immediate supervisors were ignorant in how to manage multiple tasks and people despite working over a decade at establishment. Completely ruined working environment for sales associates if they did not like you.
