Pros

- Very nice coworkers who make the days go by - Very sweet General Manager - Easy to create bonds with customers - Decent pay - Access to a military base - Federal benefits - Great if you have nothing to do throughout your week

Cons

- No sitting (got scolded for sitting) - No communication within the front-end department. Other departments like electronics had group chats with the manager. We did not. Maybe because a lot of our workers are old. - Understaffed - You get those nasty customers here and there - Management requires you to work 4 or 5 days as a PART-TIME worker. I was a student and still had to work 5 days every week. - You need to consistently tell management when you take leave, or they'll forget and say that you cannot take off because "the schedule is out" even though you told them a month ahead - AC would break here and there during the summer

Pros

Buying at the NEX (Tax free items, Scratch Cards. Clearance, Gas) & Base Access (Gym, Commissary, Amenities)

Cons

immediate supervisors were ignorant in how to manage multiple tasks and people despite working over a decade at establishment. Completely ruined working environment for sales associates if they did not like you.
