      Pros

      Depending on the department that you choose you can really enjoy your experience at the Navy Exchange. There are some really nice people there. Also there's a lot of events and activities for employees to be apart of.

      Cons

      Management.... needs to GREATLY improve. Its alot of employee vs. managers there. Geeks vs. Jocks type of environment. Alot of gossiping and even some emotional bullying. Also not alot of training is done. The turnover at that place is crazy.

      Buying at the NEX (Tax free items, Scratch Cards. Clearance, Gas) & Base Access (Gym, Commissary, Amenities)

      Cons

      immediate supervisors were ignorant in how to manage multiple tasks and people despite working over a decade at establishment. Completely ruined working environment for sales associates if they did not like you.
