With the Executive Order in 2022 NEXCOM and all Federal Government employees went to a minimum of $15 per hour, which pushed level 2 and 3 salaries up as well. As with industry hotels and retail salaries / pay are conducive of the current market trends further NEXCOM also has Federal Government regulations on pay ranges for non-appropriated funding instrumentalities.
