Pros

Warm, unlimited leads, friendly management and always improving, Wonderful culture even in a remote setting. Having a base salary is a huge perk in this market. The flexibility with hours is also nice to have. Tons of supporting roles to assist with the overall process and no charge to receive that assistance.

Cons

Working remote there can be internet outages or other IT things that can pop up which causes disturbance with working.

Pros

- People genuinely enjoy each other and make every day unique and fun. The culture is 100% real. - Interesting work with some really smart people. - Big resources from a strong parent company, with the scrappy startup feel. - The work that we do genuinely helps people who are looking for a home loan and may not have the credit or funds to qualify for a traditional loan product. NB does a lot to care for the community as well. - Pay is strong and there are a lot of "fun" benefits (company functions, summer groups, giveaways, games, etc.) - Fully embrace the flexibility and trust that remote work should provide.

Cons

- Remote work definitely isn't for everyone (though this is a GREAT place if you're looking for it). - Growing pains that come with branching off from a parent company. - A lot of processes and ways of doing business are rooted deep in the ways of the parent company. There is some pushback to any change from this.
