Pros

Software editors company which adresses front to back investment management issues. NeoXam offers a full products suite which covers all the value chain of the investment industry, from data management going through trading, matching , compliance, funds accounting, client reporting and data visualization. Lot of opportunities in term of careers , from business analyst to developers, consultants, sales, devops, IT, HR... with a real and individual career management. On the other hand the remuneration system is motivating.

Cons

NeoXam is a victim of its success. There are currently a lot of interesting projects regarding quantity of new customers and projects they have (PERES, data visualization, data management...). It's difficult to match resources to address all those projects.

Very flexible! The work is interesting and the management is eager to listen when things aren't working

Cons

Growing pains with the remote world, but nothing worth not coming on board for!

Pros

A lot of freedom to write and send emails to people who I thought would be interested in our offerings. We used internal systems to help us and a lot of times existing clients will be pitched new product lines and modules.

Cons

W have NO trust built with anyone new, especially hard to acquire new clients. Some POCs are just runarounds for the potential client teams, they're shopping around due to us not being a major player: we get squashed. The ones we do secure contracts with disrespect us by not taking us seriously. They ask for no help, and when asking it's expected to be free. Bad experience. To my best knowledge, the systems sitting at client sites are cheaply implemented and kept with low budgets so they can spend more money on fancy reporting. NeoXam should spend more money on RETAINING clients than scrambling to get new ones - but as sales we rely mostly on new sales as our bread and butter. So it's not looking good; most existing clients have what they need and do not budge for additional modules..
