Poor management, no work plan. Ruled by bunch of 8-10 old employees, new joiners are not welcomed. Layed off approx 40- 50% of there employees because there major client pulled off

HR management in the Tunis office still need work in terms of core HR skills and consistency. Strengthening foundational HR processes and ensuring reliable support would further enhance the employee experience.
