Pros

International, multicultural setting. HQ right in the heart if Paris. Good atmosphere, strong working relationships and positive team spirit. Cross-team work. Multiple projects to optimise or implement. Approachable, collaborative management. Interesting career opportunities at the HQ or internationally if you like to take initiative and are flexible.

Cons

High drive. You need to be operational at all levels and adaptable which may not suit everybody.
