Everything is changing and moving very quickly at Neoxam

Pros

High quality softwares are built here. The research and development and the professional services team are highly qualified. You will meet at Neoxam both great professional and nice people. Most NX people are caring people. Thanks to its wide range of international clients NX team is a really good context for people who want to work internationally.

Cons

The strategy of the company changes a little bit too often, and sometimes certain ideas are abandoned without being really explored. NX is an aggregation of product lines which has never been succeed in really working together. Despite, it is really easy to move from one product to another, working together has never been a reality (so far)

Great Company Culture and Great People

Pros

Amazing company culture before I even joined the team. NeoXam takes great pride in it's products and people. The US team has a great fun group of people that contribute significantly to the company's goals.

Cons

As with most companies, we can use a little bit more transparency at a global level but the communication is solid in most areas. As the company grows, many things can be improved greatly.
