Pros

Excellent Learning Environment: The company is a great place to learn and grow. It provides continuous opportunities to explore and work with new technology stacks, which helps in enhancing both technical and professional skills. Supportive and Collaborative Leadership: Senior and higher management maintain a collaborative approach, making it easy to communicate, seek support, and align with the company’s goals. Their openness creates a positive and motivating work atmosphere. Recognition and Rewards: Efforts and contributions are genuinely appreciated. The culture of acknowledging good work and providing timely rewards helps boost morale and encourages consistent performance. Flexible Work Hours: The organization offers flexibility in working hours, allowing employees to maintain their productivity while balancing personal commitments. Remote Work Opportunities: Availability of remote work options adds to the overall work–life convenience and provides the freedom to operate from anywhere when needed.

Cons

Upskilling Pressure: While the company strongly encourages upskilling, the timelines assigned for completing learning programs can sometimes feel demanding. Balancing regular project work with skill development may create pressure. Work–Life Balance Challenges: On rare occasions, due to tight deadlines or workload peaks, maintaining an ideal work–life balance can become challenging. Pros

No that I can think of

Cons

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. The recruiter promised me a range of salary and when it was time to actually land somewhere she did not offer what was discussed and low balled me. Told me I was greedy and I pushed back saying It's not what we discussed. I was able to lock in the low part of that range but then she does a bait and switch on me telling me the role is fully remote. Then I am being told and yelled at to come into a office when that is not what was discussed or in my offer letter. I had a manager who sat in another country and on day one of meeting them, they chewed me out for not going into a office when I already had pre- engagements before taking the job and let everyone know multiple times. It wasn't even a hello how are you, it was a full on yelling match at me, for not being in and if I have done this at "other companies". People I worked with did my job and kept over stepping and I couldn't do my role because a PM kept doing all the design work. Eventually, I say down with HR to voice concerns and decided to leave the role since its not what was promised or discussed. Awful company with awful people who will throw you under the bus at any point in time.
