      1. Company management does not have faith in their employees 2. Leave policy, remuneration policy etc is favoring some fortunate ones, and dirtiest to someone who cannot negotiate with them to their neck 3. Do not have direct contact relationship at client locations, most employees are at mercy of few employees who are given powers to play bad politics within employees at client location

      No reason to work for this company. You will regret after joining.

      Cons

      They are very unprofessional people in the management. They will change the offer letter compnesation once you joined them after giving some reason. And you will not be in position to defend as they threaten you to fire. They will do all this over a phone conversation so that there is no record. Management is really sick. After this you will start looking for a new opty and when you resigned them they won't release you smoothly. You will not get your final settlement.
