      Pros

      The only pros about this company is how it was pre-2023. Since then it has quickly gone downhill

      Cons

      Run away from this place as fast as you can. I did not listen to these reviews before starting and ended up wasting over a year of my life. Do not work here. Very low pay for the industry, you simply can’t afford to pay bills/rent comfortably. Micromanaging becomes draining and some of the factors are out of your control.

      Good Company To Work For

      Pros

      Nice people to work with. Very active in visa and GC processing. Opportunity to work with different technology

      Cons

      Has very few client but very loyal once. 99% of time if you are on bench you would get project with their client. Employee much be ready to move around(relocate), as NESS prefers to work with certain clients.
