Pros

- Have lot of opportunities to learn new technologies and upgrade your skills , as every month there's a Training Calendar published with free trainings in association with Percipio, AWS, Microsoft Azure and also various useful sessions with Industry experts. - Almost every month sessions are conducted on Health awareness - like mental health or Covid care, Cancer awareness, Skin Care, Healthy Diet, etc in association with well-experienced doctors - Community service conducted often, like visiting Old -age homes and conducting interactive activities with them, also partnering with NGOs that support Women education project. - Lot of encouragement & support for women in technology. - Every Diwali, New Year as well as Women's Day ( this one's for women) we get some gifts and goodies. - Monthly, Quarterly and Annual awards given to showcase employee appreciation for good performance. - Long service award felicitation conducted to appreciate the employees who have completed term of 3 or more years. - Last year, received 'revised' Compensation by mid 2021, as per prevailing market standards. - Other than Client related scrum calls, we also have weekly or bi-weekly team connects to discuss any issues or support requirements - Monthly connect within EDC to update about Organization growth, appreciate & encourage employee performance & discuss any open points with the Senior management. - About WorkCulture and Values - Transparent work culture, where we interact with Client on daily basis and abide by their requirement. Thankfully the clients are respectful and appreciative. - Worklife Balance is good. - Business HRs, Payroll HRs, Recruitment team HRs and even ISG (Infrastructure Service group for any IT support) respond to communication and help if there are any issues. - Yammer page for the organization has regular communication about technology updates/Organization initiatives from management & HR and even employee appreciations. Also posts on different events for fun like WorkingDeskfromhome pictures, HealthyDiet pictures, Supportfor green Plantation pictures, CookingwithoutGas' pictures showcased for employee participation in such fun activities. - Senior Management is good, they are very approachable and supportive of career advancement, they always encourage to connect directly without hesitation even if it has to do with changing technologies. - Regular email from Global Leadership with updates about the Organization in the market, be it acquiring new Clients or welcoming new management or even quarterly Calendar of Events.

Cons

- Award price for spot award seems somewhat less. - Some bit of delay in issuing compensation letter

Pros

No that I can think of

Cons

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. The recruiter promised me a range of salary and when it was time to actually land somewhere she did not offer what was discussed and low balled me. Told me I was greedy and I pushed back saying It's not what we discussed. I was able to lock in the low part of that range but then she does a bait and switch on me telling me the role is fully remote. Then I am being told and yelled at to come into a office when that is not what was discussed or in my offer letter. I had a manager who sat in another country and on day one of meeting them, they chewed me out for not going into a office when I already had pre- engagements before taking the job and let everyone know multiple times. It wasn't even a hello how are you, it was a full on yelling match at me, for not being in and if I have done this at "other companies". People I worked with did my job and kept over stepping and I couldn't do my role because a PM kept doing all the design work. Eventually, I say down with HR to voice concerns and decided to leave the role since its not what was promised or discussed. Awful company with awful people who will throw you under the bus at any point in time.
