Cons
So much of me wants to write a 1000 words here on everything wrong that I encountered/witnessed during the 1.5 years I was employed at Netcracker. I won't do that. I will say that I am truly disappointed. Not in the company, but in myself. I should have spent more time on culture-related questions in the interview. I should have known sooner this company fears change instead of cultivating it. I should have not wasted 1.5 years of my professional career working here. I should have left a lot sooner. But I didn't leave on my own. In fact, I was laid off (non-performance). This comes 3 weeks after I received my bonus and a salary increase for my performance the year prior. Nice, right? This is not a company I recommend. This is a company I regret. Don't make the same mistake I did. Keep looking.
