No Transparency - Anonymous employee Netcracker Technology Employee Review

1. No transparency from higher management (there is no information about the hike letters with the Indian managers nor the HR). Indian Organisation is clueless on hike letters and there is no communication so far made to the employees. 2. The expectation in Bangalore office is that women employees should not stay beyond 8:00 PM. the reason provided is they are concerned about safety of female employees - and contradict their statement - Even in case when it is raining outside, they don't allow females to stay in office. Not sure whose safety they are worried about. 3. Worst cafeteria - surely you will fall sick if you consume the food there (looks like they collaborate with some road side vendors to provide food). 4. Good for nothing HR - no employee engagement activities or team building initiatives. All they do is take on an annual dinner which is hopeless. 5. There is NO center head for bangalore and pune location, employees as well as managers are clueless on whom to approach when such situations like hike letters delay etc occur.
