Pros
Big company, lots of smart colleagues, lot of knowledge to acquire, potential travels if you like, products deployed in the best carriers in the world and lots of projects to apply if you finish your assignment
Cons
As big company it is slow the process to grow up, in terms of money and new positions, too much people. And normally the line managers are in charge of lots of people not paying attention to your individual targets.
