I have joined Netcracker in April,22. I got this opportunity in college placement. There are several pros about Netcracker. Some of them are as follows:- i) The company provides independent cab facilities for up and down the office. Free lunch meals daily from Monday to Friday, along with snacks and fruit stalls. ii) The company follows a hybrid model and is very professional and supportive. iii) You will get 30 annual leaves. iv) Every person got each other's back. If someone is stuck somewhere, or is having any kind of difficulty with any work- then the entire team comes for help. Cons
No cons. I didn't had any problem till date. The seniors and managers all are very supportive and they continuously guide us how to be a better version of us- both personally and professionally.
