Before joining, they offered quarterly hike to our entire team members which never happened. 6. Your personal and professional growth completely depends upon the team, project and the team manager. There is a chance of 70-30 for either two will be dumb. 7. Layoffs. It happened for few of my other friends whom were in different departments. While this occurred, the act was not that much polite and professional.
