Worse choice of employer. They Hire when people are needed for a project.. fire when they can’t sustain projects! No job security , no foresight, no planning . Toxic leaders, too much politics and worst people practises. Skilled people are looked down upon, boot lickers can reach higher levels. Indian Leadership is merely a puppet, and the organisation is going through a bad time. No appraisals since last year, only firing happening. All benefits have been withdrawn.
