Very top heavy company. Management gets consistent promotions and the personnel doing the real work are treated as a number. Seen many great people leave due to lack of leadership in management. Customers are over promised and under delivered.

-Upper management on this team is incredible. -Flexible Paid Time Off(Pro and Con) -Very good at easing newcomers into corporate life. -Management actually values and considers input even from an associate with less experience.

Cons

Pay is not great, but definitely a decent chance of getting good bumps if you put in the work. Benefits are just okay. Flexible Paid Time Off(Pro and Con)
