Great senior leadership and management teams. Phenomenal staff that is 100% committed to client satisfaction. An incredible culture that transcends all roles within the organization. It's the best company I've been a part of hands down.

Cons

IT is a lifestyle along with a career path. As such, long hours and late nights go with the territory. Luckily, at Network Coverage management compensates for this with time off and other benefits to make life easier. That's rare in the industry.

"Unlimited" PTO (RTO) WFH Days Decent/Competitive Compensation compared to other MSPs in the state

Cons

Lack of support from upper management for lower level Support Analysts.. Management always takes POCs side and do not mind writing you up for minor mistakes Work life balance is awful, expect to work most holidays and RTO on first come first serve basis Praise with no clear growth path expect to stay stagnant regardless of certifications/degrees/years of experience Constant Restructures
