I love working here because, for me, it has all 3 qualities that make a great company. 1. Friendly and helpful workmates 2. Challenging job and lots of room for growth. 3. Good compensation They say that having 2 out of these 3 qualities makes a good company but having 3 of them made Network Coverage one of the best companies I've worked with. I am fortunate to start working in Network Coverage before the pandemic struck which helped me and my family during these trying times. I look forward to working here for the years to come!

"Unlimited" PTO (RTO) WFH Days Decent/Competitive Compensation compared to other MSPs in the state

Cons

Lack of support from upper management for lower level Support Analysts.. Management always takes POCs side and do not mind writing you up for minor mistakes Work life balance is awful, expect to work most holidays and RTO on first come first serve basis Praise with no clear growth path expect to stay stagnant regardless of certifications/degrees/years of experience Constant Restructures
