Good honeymoon stage - lasts about a few weeks

Cons

Everything goes downhill after a couple of months. Very poor management of employees. Tends to shift blame to one employee when management is the issue. Toxic work environment. Does not train very well. If you check the reviews here and on Google, management is padding themselves with high ratings but these ratings are not from clients or mid-tier employees. Shady!

"Unlimited" PTO (RTO) WFH Days Decent/Competitive Compensation compared to other MSPs in the state

Cons

Lack of support from upper management for lower level Support Analysts.. Management always takes POCs side and do not mind writing you up for minor mistakes Work life balance is awful, expect to work most holidays and RTO on first come first serve basis Praise with no clear growth path expect to stay stagnant regardless of certifications/degrees/years of experience Constant Restructures
