Pros

I’ve been a part of Network Coverage for almost 3 years now and I couldn’t be happier with my journey here. The company has proven itself to be a remarkable place to work. Since the day I joined, it was clear I made the right decision because the culture that they create here is very hard to find. The best aspect of Network Coverage is the friendly and inclusive culture that they foster. From the very top of leadership down to my colleagues, everyone is approachable, supportive, and genuinely want to help you succeed every step of the way. It’s a place where teamwork and collaboration really thrive and is encouraged. Another standout feature of Network Coverage is the number of opportunities you have to grow within the company. If you’re willing to put in the time and effort, they will invest in your growth and development. I’ve seen many of my colleagues who started around the same time as I move into leadership roles and its refreshing to see a company that recognizes and rewards hard work and dedication. I feel very lucky to be a part of Network Coverage and look forward to many more years of growth and success here. If you’re looking for a workplace that combines a friendly atmosphere, career growth, and very fair compensation then I highly recommend joining this amazing team.

Cons

At times, due to the company's growth, policies and procedures may not always be fully developed, and adjustments may need to be made on the fly.

Pros

"Unlimited" PTO (RTO) WFH Days Decent/Competitive Compensation compared to other MSPs in the state

Cons

Lack of support from upper management for lower level Support Analysts.. Management always takes POCs side and do not mind writing you up for minor mistakes Work life balance is awful, expect to work most holidays and RTO on first come first serve basis Praise with no clear growth path expect to stay stagnant regardless of certifications/degrees/years of experience Constant Restructures
