Great people. Great culture. Great opportunities. This company values their employees. They always look to promote from within and they invest in their employees with various training opportunities. They make you want to work hard! I only wish I had found an opportunity with them sooner and I love going to work for them everyday!

"Unlimited" PTO (RTO) WFH Days Decent/Competitive Compensation compared to other MSPs in the state

Cons

Lack of support from upper management for lower level Support Analysts.. Management always takes POCs side and do not mind writing you up for minor mistakes Work life balance is awful, expect to work most holidays and RTO on first come first serve basis Praise with no clear growth path expect to stay stagnant regardless of certifications/degrees/years of experience Constant Restructures
