Pros

The kids were cute, and the parts of the center that were decorated looked friendly.

Cons

1. Onboarding was a nightmare! So many red flags were pointed out just within the initial tour and the staff seemed like they had never seen the orientation presentations before. 2. They told staff that they were getting an hour long lunch but required to them to read articles or take quizzes during this time…I suspect that 1 hour was still unpaid. 3. Crisis training was not conducted with fidelity. They’re essentially throwing in these very untrained staff to work with intensive kids without having thorough training. 4. They don’t implement compassionate ABA. If these kids aren’t doing long stretches of DTT they are getting very boring NET. BTs/RBTs sitting beside children barely interacting and the children look either bored or sad. Forcing a child to keep running DTT despite the child crying so loud. That’s not okay! They need breaks and they need fun, not to be kept prisoner. 5. Techs given very little support and often the programs they’re running are garbage. 6. Poor security/unsafe center: no way of preventing an elopement risk. 7. Lots of focus and micromanagement of treatment plans but no follow through with teaching staff how to deliver programs with high quality. 8. Communication was terrible and disorganized. 9. Kept onboarding clients despite not having enough staff. 10. Just don’t.
