Big changes, bad morale - Anonymous employee NeurAbilities Healthcare Employee Review

Pros

NeurAbilities is working to refine policy and procedures that are beginning to improve internal communication and positive work flow. At the clinic level, employees are passionate about their care for others. Benefits are good and PTO is reasonable. New CEO is personable.

Cons

Change always comes with pains. Upper management has been replaced with an entire new team in the last year. The work environment is focused on pushing billable hours rather than quality care. There is a disconnect and lack of support provided by management to the clinic levels. Morale has decreased and many long term employees are leaving the company. All sites have felt understaffed and under supported. Company under pays and there is a lack of consistency in salaries across positions. Management lacks clinical experience which will ultimately continue to negatively impact clinical quality.
