Pros

It almost beats unemployment...almost. That is all.

Cons

Negative workplace environment - browbeating and bullying. Shows almost no employee appreciation. Understaffed and over-worked. Very little training. Advancement is almost nil. Salaries / hourly compensation is below tech standards and no word on when " freeze " will end. Bonuses non - existent. The 401 compensation is pathetic. Healthcare plan is inadequate.

Pros

Remote work. Work life balance. Reasonable leaders who care. I can't speak to the other areas of New Era, but the Indianapolis / Minneapolis offices are amazing to work for.

Cons

Health insurance is meh. It's really not that great. Retirement is okay. A few customers can challenging to work with. There's a wide portfolio, though, so 95% of the customers are pretty good.

Pros

Most of the people are great, fully remote work, diverse culture

Cons

Literally everything else. Terrible upper management, only concern is getting signed contracts but they RIF continuously so there is no one to actually DO the work. Everyone is miserable except the newbies and those "thankful they have a job", (which is a horrible way to live). They lie to the employees and edit questions in town halls so there is nothing difficult discussed. Always claim "our employees are our success", yet they treat us like easily discarded annoyances.
