Pros

I should have known since the interview process was a mess, as the recruiter contradicted everything my interview stated/asked for and it was clear they were not on the same page at all. Still I liked the fact that the job itself was intrinsically rewarding and pushed through. I felt I was in a constant battle between different departments and they would use the employees as weapons- just let us work & be happy! It is so hard to do a task if we are being told different criteria from different departments just because there is inter office turmoil.

Cons

not a positive environment, disorganized- the mgmnt needs to figure out what they want and WORK together to achieve goals. Don't waste your time applying- It isn't even worth the pay offered! There are so much better places out there!

Pros

The job pays well, but they have a hire to fire model. They are very concerned with optics so they want your physical body in the office to justify their real estate costs.

Cons

The senior leadership doesn’t care about its people. The new COO, has very little emotional intelligence and zero patience with people. The senior leaders demonstrated a pattern of poor transparency, inconsistent leadership, weak advocacy, and politically motivated decision-making. Rather than providing clear expectations and support, they created an environment of scrutiny and shifting standards which was, isolating, and professionally undermining. If you are applying to jobs here, look elsewhere. They have no mercy and will fire you at the drop of a hat. This will be a toxic work culture. Read the other reviews.
