Pros

Lots of things to do so time goes by faster, most people are nice and easy to talk to. The donors are always humble and know why they do what they do

Cons

small work space, can get noisy at times with other people sitting so close to you. Communication isn't always the best, the peons always know last

Pros

The job pays well, but they have a hire to fire model. They are very concerned with optics so they want your physical body in the office to justify their real estate costs.

Cons

The senior leadership doesn’t care about its people. The new COO, has very little emotional intelligence and zero patience with people. The senior leaders demonstrated a pattern of poor transparency, inconsistent leadership, weak advocacy, and politically motivated decision-making. Rather than providing clear expectations and support, they created an environment of scrutiny and shifting standards which was, isolating, and professionally undermining. If you are applying to jobs here, look elsewhere. They have no mercy and will fire you at the drop of a hat. This will be a toxic work culture. Read the other reviews.
