      Hostile work environment, very poor management - Dispatcher Nextech Employee Review

      I cannot list one pro about this employer.

      Cons

      Everything at Nextech was negative, nothing positive. I was bullied and treated so unjustly by management from day one on this job. It was a very hostile work environment with zero support from management, only constant intimidation, yelling, and criticism, and no appreciation for anything I did. There was a LOT of dishonesty with management. Someone higher up desperately needs to look into the abusive practices and misconduct this management directs towards certain employees they see as a target for their bullying. Bullying should not be allowed by anyone on the job, and especially by management. You do not want to work for this poor management. Something is very seriously going on here, and it isn't good. I wasn't the first one this happened to.

      Pros

      The company strongly promotes from within and fosters a great team environment. Many techs who’ve left have come back within a year, drawn by the Nextech culture and way of life.

      Cons

      Benefits may not be the most competitive—tool allowance and bonuses could be stronger—but they’re still appreciated and show the company makes an effort to take care of its people.

      Didn’t have the opportunity to find any pros.

      Cons

      The company’s interview process is not an effective indicator of a technician’s actual ability. Instead of evaluating hands-on HVAC knowledge and diagnostic skills, the process felt superficial and unprofessional. If the company wants to attract and retain qualified technicians, it should significantly improve how it interviews and evaluates candidates.”
