Pros

you get to work from home, all the overtime you want, no paperwork its all done on the IPad, pays pretty good

Cons

no work for 3 months in the winter, they dont care about you having a personal life, the office is horrible, on call all the time, lots and lots of travel, only promotes people that dont do their job so they keep the good techs in the field, the "managers" dont know anything about HVAC, they lie, cheat and will do anything to just get any job done, basically want you to jerry rig everything to save a buck

Pros

The company strongly promotes from within and fosters a great team environment. Many techs who’ve left have come back within a year, drawn by the Nextech culture and way of life.

Cons

Benefits may not be the most competitive—tool allowance and bonuses could be stronger—but they’re still appreciated and show the company makes an effort to take care of its people.

Didn’t have the opportunity to find any pros.

Cons

The company’s interview process is not an effective indicator of a technician’s actual ability. Instead of evaluating hands-on HVAC knowledge and diagnostic skills, the process felt superficial and unprofessional. If the company wants to attract and retain qualified technicians, it should significantly improve how it interviews and evaluates candidates.”
