      1. The computer program they use for everything is garbage, I’ve used so many programs and this has been the worst I’ve ever seen or used. As if things don’t get hectic enough- you now have a computer fighting you every step of the way because it’s so out of date and used across the nation. It’s slow, glitchy, and probably crashes 20-40 times A WEEK. 2.Unorganized 3. Training is nonexistent and because of that almost nothing ever goes smoothly. Be prepared for constant meetings on how you can improve on things you were never taught.

      Pros

      The company strongly promotes from within and fosters a great team environment. Many techs who’ve left have come back within a year, drawn by the Nextech culture and way of life.

      Cons

      Benefits may not be the most competitive—tool allowance and bonuses could be stronger—but they’re still appreciated and show the company makes an effort to take care of its people.
